Shipping policy

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing


Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders must be placed by 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) for same-day processing. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframe


Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days after shipment. All orders qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Destinations


We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Freight Shipments


The majority of our products are shipped via third-party freight carriers using 18-wheelers. If your order is sent via freight, you will receive a phone call to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. Please ensure that your phone number is entered accurately at checkout so we can reach you to coordinate delivery.

Order Confirmation & Billing


Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order has been received and your payment method has been approved. Your card will not be charged until the item has shipped. For backordered items, a payment hold may be placed to reserve the item for you.

Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking notification by email. You can also track your order at any time using our Order Tracking page on our website.

Lost or Stolen Packages
