What to Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged
We strongly recommend inspecting the packaging of your order at the
time of delivery before signing the delivery receipt.
- If you notice any visible damage to the box or the product, note it
clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.
- If you cannot inspect the package at the time of delivery but suspect
it may have been damaged in transit, write "suspect damage" on the
delivery receipt.
- If your item is confirmed to be damaged, send photos to
support@selectedcomfort.com within 5 business days of delivery.
Please include your order number in the email.
Once we receive your photos, we will respond within 1 business day to
arrange a replacement or issue a full refund whichever you prefer.
No restocking fee applies to damaged or defective items.
