Model X is the one I bought and it is a very high quality massage chair that has many features. Relly happy with the purchse. We tried a few different chairs in stores and read a lot of reviews online and then decided on this model because it had the most features for the price. It's not a small purchase and we wanted to be sure. My husband is slowly losing his mobility due to old age and when I discussed it with the people at this company they were very considerate in understanding our intended use and frequency of use and helped me decide on the right model. They also offered a lift chair at a nice discount but we already have one. Very happy with the purchase and the people at this company. They don't seem to have a physical store here in Tampa but I'd still highly recommend them.
I get more distance than I expected on a single charge. Perfect for running errands around town. Sometimes I ride it just for fun when I want to get out and about.
